Smooth order, good tracking

I ordered a Stray Kids album and a couple of official photocards last month. The ordering process was straightforward on their website. It shipped out in about two days, and I got a tracking number immediately. Delivery took 8 days to reach me in California, which was pretty standard for international. The album arrived in perfect condition, no dents or anything. Everything was sealed as expected, and the photocards were authentic. I had no need to contact support, so I can't comment there, but overall, it was a solid transaction. They package things well.

Consistent and reliable

This was my third time ordering from The Kdom, and they're still reliable. I got the new IVE album and a couple of keychains. Just like my previous orders, everything arrived well-packed and was exactly what I expected. Shipping times have been pretty consistent for me, usually around 7-10 days to my address. They haven't disappointed me yet, which is why I keep coming back for my K-pop merch.

Good deal on a lightstick

I was looking for a good price on a new NCT lightstick, and The Kdom had the best offer after checking a few other sites. I managed to snag it during a small holiday sale, which saved me a decent chunk of change. The total cost, even with shipping, felt very reasonable compared to what I'd seen elsewhere. It arrived well-packaged and works perfectly. For a first-time buyer like me, it felt like a worthwhile purchase, and I appreciate not having to pay full price.

Decent experience, minor delay

I bought an ENHYPEN album and a couple of K-pop Fashion t-shirts. The album arrived quickly, in good shape, and was definitely official. The t-shirts felt good quality too, not flimsy at all. My only small complaint was that one of the t-shirts shipped a day later than the album, so the whole order didn't arrive together. It wasn't a huge deal, just unexpected since I ordered them at the same time. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the split shipment, explaining it was due to warehouse logistics. Overall, a positive experience, and the prices were competitive.

Got my BT21 plushie

Just wanted to say I got my Chimmy plushie from The Kdom. It's super cute! Shipping was pretty fast too, I think it took like a week and a half. No problems at all, would totally buy from them again. It was a good experience.
